Eligibility
Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom DTF-printed items are non-returnable unless the print is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@tarumstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and, once the item is received and inspected, process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days of the returned item being received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
